May 27th, 28th and 29th, 2011
SouthWest SoccerFest Classic and the Swift Current Soccer Association (SCSA) would like to invite you to join us
for a weekend filled with fun, both on and off the fields.
General Tournament Information
SouthWest SoccerFest Classic was started in 1997 by S.C.S.A. to further prepare and develop athletes for provincial competition.
The first year included 5 local U11 teams and 2 U11 away teams. It quickly expanded and this year our 15th Annual SouthWest Soccer Fest Classic is open to U10,
U12, U14 boys and girls competition teams. We will accept mixed teams, however they must play in the boys division. Games will be played at
the Irwin School. In general, rules follow SSA guidelines. See Rules of Play
section for official tournament rules. Up to 18 players may be rostered. Players must be in right age group to participate. Teams
are guaranteed at least 3 games. Entry fee for U12/U14 teams is $350.00 per team. U10 Teams entry fee is $250.00 per team
Teams must be affiliated with a province organization to participate in the tournament. Out of province teams will be
required to send a letter of release from their local organization to participate. They will also be required to show travel insurance at the tournament
headquarters. If you are not sure if your team is affiliated with your province organization contact your local organization.

Fees, Forms, and Deadlines:
The entry fee of $350.00 or $250.00 per team, payable to Swift Current Soccer Association, must be submitted with the completed application form.
Registration Form and checks must be postmarked by May 27th,
2011. All registration forms
will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry forms without complete entry fee will not be accepted. No refunds will be made
after an acceptance letter has been mailed to the team. Confirmation packets including tournament rules and directions will be sent to each team after
May 20th, 2011
Teams that cancel after May 20th, 2011 will forfeit their entry fee.
There will be no Registration meeting but teams are responsible for getting their coaches package before the start of their first game.
Rosters are due on or before this date. Games will be played Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 27th, 28th and
29th, 2010.
Weekend Activities:
Before you head out and enjoy
the local attractions, be sure to attend the PLAYER PARTY & SHOOTOUT on Saturday night 5:00pm at Irwin Field. All players receive a free ticket!
The party includes food, beverages, and an opportunity to meet some fellow participants. There is also the Great Shootout for all teams.
So join us for a great time, free food and free drinks! There will be a raffle for great prizes as well. T-Shirts will also be available for sale.
Awards:
Awards will be presented to individuals on the Gold, Silver team in each division.
